2deep is a shoot em up game in the purest sense of the word, where you control an underwater canon and have to fight off the mean and angry Sharks. It looks like they haven’t been fed for a while and they have decided that you are lunch!
As if a bunch of nasty Sharks is not bad enough already, they are accompanied by underwater bombs, launched at you while the Sharks are moving behind them, leaving you to not only blast away the sharks but having to dodge the bombs as well!
Fortunately, you have help, as special balls are launched along with the bombs, that will give you shields and lots of other extras, that can give you just that extra push you need to make it to the next level!
2deep is easy to play, simply by using the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard and pressing the spacebar to shoot. By the simple game play one can tell the game was designed for short quick rounds of gaming, because it gets repetitive when played for long periods at a time, yet it is very suitable for a short game of shoot and destroy!
The game is very nicely done with good looking graphics and a catchy tune, and plays really smooth, which can be experienced by the way the canon swings left or right. The canon can go full circle in any direction, which is a feature you will need along the way to dodge all the bombs! The game has a good sense of depth, which brings a nice 3D feel into the game.
